I loved the central location, as it was close to everything in the Funcionarios area. Hotel facilities were clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and transportation was very convenient.

Convenient location, quick check-in, breakfast buffet was good!
Sheets had some stains, room was clean but ugly, elevator makes loud metallic noises, air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't use it (clearly had a mechanical problem), which is a big no-no in Brazil; and one night it took some heavy doorknocking/bellringing/phonecalling to wake up the night receptionist when arriving after hours.

It was DELUXE and very clean hotel. An oven and kitchenware were provided. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center.

The hotel is conveniently located near banks, restaurants, museums, and the airport shuttle bus. the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, some have an equipped kitchenette and good views. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. Some rooms have a sauna, fitness center, and room service.
The hotel staff barely speaks English.

Great location, close to airport shuttle and museums. Well-equipped kitchen, good for longer stays. Good views from balcony, perfect for Carnival. Friendly staff, WiFi available.

Great location for exploring the city and easy access to transportation services. The kitchen was well equipped to make quick meals and breakfast in bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating to any questions or requests.
The lack of toiletries in the room, including no toothpaste or shampoo. The bedding was not ideal as two beds were put together and created slight discomfort.
